We don't offer Massage at our studio, we have partner with Deb Sampson, one our excellent teachers and owner of Dharma massage to offer massage to our clients.

Deb Sampson - Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher & dharma massage Owner

I graduated from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in 2009 after a career in the retail industry.  I am also a certified yoga teacher and hold a BA from UW-Oshkosh.  Yoga has helped me, not only find myself, but a path in which I can share with others this wonderful gift we have inside ourselves: the power, strength and courage to be who we are. Together the synergies of these two modalities are very powerful and I am so excited to share them with you.

As a therapist, business owner and person, I am aware of the far reaching effect our lives have on others and the power of a healing touch.  Each massage is catered to the client's needs using a variety of modalities with a mindful, nurturing touch.  I have worked in spas, provided sports massage at the Green Bay Marathon and currently pursuing my interests in Energy Work.

Testimonial:

Every now and then one comes upon a remarkable individual: one who naturally enriches the lives of others through their daily routine and one who injects positive energy onto all those they encounter.  Deb Sampson is one of those individuals.

I have known Deb for the past 5 years, having been first introduced to her through her yoga instruction for treatment of a chronically bad back.  Deb's abilities in massage therapy to work through muscle strain and stress in her clients go well beyond the typical massage therapists.  She consistently finds and works the deep tissue and muscle related strains without inflicting unnecessary pain in her clients.  Never have I "jumped" off her table when receiving treatment, yet the results of her efforts are outstanding.

Combining her knowledge of the human muscular and skeletal system with her talents as a yoga instructor, Deb supplements her massage therapy techniques with recommended exercises and stretches, further improving the healing process for her clients.  As one who combines a rigorous schedule of exercise with a great deal of time sitting in an office as a 50 year old executive, I have found her yoga classes and massage therapy to be vital to both my physical and mental health.

Deb's infectious smile and easy going personality along with her skills as mentioned above place her at the top of her fields.  I highly recommend her services to those that find themselves in physical pain, out of alignment, or simply out of balance in life. - M. Rhyan

Neuromuscular Therapy

$60 per 60 minutes

This therapy is muscle specific therapy and is designed to treat severe muscle pain often due to injuries or overuse of specific muscles.  Deep pressure is used to eliminate trigger points.  Trigger point work is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.  In this type of massage the recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.  The result of trigger point massage is the elimination of toxins in the muscles and a release of energizing endorphins.  A significant decrease in pain is often found after just one treatment.  Please remember that you may experience soreness the next day after your treatment.  A series of weekly sessions may be needed.

Lymphatic Drainage

As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
