Basics+:
Great for beginners and all levels with emphasis on building
a strong foundation for your yoga
practice.
Basics:
Our standard 60 minute flow class with emphasis on the foundational postures, deepening the student's knowledge of alignment and physical condition (blocks, straps and other props provided.) Postures will be broken down into "baby steps" with an added bonus of extended focus on core strength.
All Levels:
This 60 minute flowing form of yoga will help you clarify, relax, focus and concentrate. All levels are accommodated in this vigorous and challenging class.
Community Classes:
Classes are priced at 1/2 of the regular drop in fee. ($6) Bring the whole family (10 and older welcome with a parent.) This is a standard 60 minute flow class. Wee Yogi Kids Class:
This is a class designed for kids ages 5 - 10. We will laugh
play, and have fun while practicing yoga poses. Parents
must sign a liability form before the child can participate in
the class. However, parents can go get a coffee or tea during
class because this class is all about the kids.
Candlelight Yoga:
Candlelight yoga will follow a slow flow and more yin yoga-like practice. We will hold postures longer and move more slowly through a vinyasa. All of this done while being in a room lighted by candles.
Prenatal Yoga:
These classes are designed for expecting mothers or women trying to get pregnant. This class is design to help new mom relax and remain active during the pregnancy. The class will help to build body awareness, teaching breathing techniques and prepare the body for birth. If you are new to yoga or exercise, consult for physician before beginning a new exercise regimen. Pre-registration is preferred. Registration is required for this class. Regular class rates apply.
