| Yoga and Chocolate with Krissy Zegers | |  | | | Dates: Wed 8/4/2010 |  | | Time: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM | This fun workshop will pair a vigorous vinyasa flow with sweet delicious chocolates. The chocolates and poses will match the elements of nature. Free your mind and body with chocolates and a vigorous yoga class. This class will be infused with a variety of music to compliment the chocolates. Take the journey and learn how to savor life, chocolate and yoga. $25 if you register before July 23. $30 per person until July 31. Please register by July 31 in order to make sure we have enough chocolate for everyone!

This week we will celebrate bringing yoga to the local community for 2 years. We will be hosting a number of Karma Yoga classes raising money for the Africa Yoga Project - South Africa. Prizes will be given throughout the week. Dennis Hawk will be joining us for a Yoga Jam and Karma Yoga class on Wednesday, August 18, class begins at 5:30 p.m.

Join us for this fun event with Dennis Hawk! Dennis will be playing music for us during a yoga jam, we will have snacks and then he will debut his new album Summer Rain. This night is all about fun!!!
